The short version: every plan includes the full product, credits set how much you can generate, and annual billing lowers the effective price.
Credits are your production budget. Generations, edits, and video renders spend credits based on the work you run. Unused credits expire 1 year after purchase.
An Ultra run plans, generates, and reviews up to 6 variants for one package price, set by how many you ask for: 170 credits for up to 3, 270 for up to 5 (the default), and 320 for up to 6. The package price stands even when fewer variants pass review.
No. Every plan includes the core HawtAds workflow, including video. Higher tiers mainly change volume and support.
Video renders are priced per second of output: 5 credits/s at 720p, 8 at 1080p, and 16 at 4K, plus 2 credits/s when generated audio is on. A typical 5-second 720p clip is 25 credits, charged when rendering starts.
The compute is spent the moment rendering starts, so failed renders are not refunded. Instead we validate your inputs before charging, show the specific reason when something goes wrong, and make retrying one click. Most failures are avoidable up front.
Yes. Upgrade when you need more room. Downgrades apply on the next billing cycle.
Yes. Open the billing portal from Billing in your dashboard to cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
